Enzo's Workshop

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Enzo,

I am a teenager with a passion for woodworking. Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved working with my hands—building, shaping, and creating something from nothing. Woodworking has become more than just a hobby for me; it’s a way to express myself, challenge my skills, and build something real.

School has never been easy for me as I have Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and dyslexia, which make reading and writing a daily challenge. On top of that, anxiety has made things even tougher at times.
For a long time, I struggled to find confidence in what I could do, feeling like I was constantly trying to fit into a world built around words. But when I discovered woodworking, everything changed. In the workshop, none of the struggles I face in school matter. Here, I can bring ideas to life, problem-solve, and focus in a way that feels natural to me. Every project is a chance to learn something new, improve my techniques, and push myself to do better. I love the process of taking a simple piece of wood and turning it into something unique and meaningful.

Through woodworking, I’ve not only found something I’m good at, but also something that gives me confidence. It has shown me that learning isn’t just about books and tests—it’s also about hands-on experience, creativity, and persistence.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoy making them!
